Photo Archive Consent
By uploading photos, I confirm that I have the right to share these images and that they relate to Kabarnet High School. I grant Kabarnet High School permission to store, preserve, display, and use these photos for historical, educational, alumni, and archival purposes. I understand that the photos may be visible to other visitors of the archive. If a photo needs to be removed due to privacy or copyright concerns, I may request its removal by contacting the administrators.
Every upload requires you to read and tick the consent checkbox before submission — uploads cannot be completed without it.
Privacy Policy
- Only basic Google account information (name, email, profile photo) is collected for authentication.
- Uploaded photos are securely archived, organised into folders by year.
- Photo metadata (title, story, year, tags, etc.) is stored in the archive's database.
- Photos may be publicly displayed as part of the school's historical archive.
- You retain ownership of your photos.
- You may request removal of your uploads at any time.
- Personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.
- Administrators reserve the right to remove inappropriate, offensive, or unrelated content.
Contact & removal requests
To request removal of a photo or report a concern, contact the archive administrators through the school's official channels. Include the photo title and a link if possible so we can locate it quickly.
